Newham Health Collaborative Ltd (NHC) is a GP federation representing all the GP practices within the borough of Newham, covering over 400,000 registered patients. We are a community interest company, wholly owned by our 43 GP practice members with any surplus invested into improving services for patients. We provide services to these practices, who work together within our Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
We are a small, committed, and friendly team. We work hard and encourage cooperation and responsiveness with each other and with our stakeholders. As a community interest company we have our own terms and conditions, and additionally our staff can access the NHS Pension Scheme, 27 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and training opportunities. We are proud to have a diverse workforce and to maintain that we welcome applications from all sectors of the community.
